By accessing PaydaAI, you agree to use the website and service lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Service
PaydaAI provides tools for creating, editing, managing, and exporting business quotes. Features, limits, and availability may change as the service is improved.
User Responsibilities
- Keep account credentials secure
- Provide accurate information
- Review all AI-assisted drafts, prices, taxes, totals, and terms before sharing a quote
- Use the service without violating laws or third-party rights
AI-Assisted Content
AI output is a draft and may contain errors or omissions. The user is responsible for reviewing and approving the final quote. PaydaAI does not set the user's prices and does not send quotes to customers on the user's behalf.
Payments and Subscriptions
PaydaAI is operated by Uğur Yeşilbaş, trading as PaydaAI (Paydaai), Manisa, Türkiye.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders outside Türkiye. Those purchases are also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Purchases made in Türkiye are processed by PayTR.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription on the plan page in the app, through the link in your Paddle receipt email, or by contacting us; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Availability and Liability
We take reasonable measures to keep the service secure and available, but maintenance, updates, third-party infrastructure, internet failures, or force majeure may cause interruptions. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
