Distance Sales Agreement
This agreement is concluded electronically between the user purchasing a PaydaAI subscription and the PaydaAI service provider.

2. Service
PaydaAI is a digital quotation platform that helps businesses create, edit, manage, and export professional quotes using industry catalogs, AI-assisted drafts, and PDF templates.
3. Plan and Price
The selected plan, billing period, price, currency, taxes, and payment details are displayed to the user before payment. The user confirms these details when completing the purchase.
4. Delivery
The service is delivered digitally. Delivery is considered complete when the account or paid features are activated and made available to the user.
5. Payment
Purchases made in Türkiye are processed through PayTR. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders outside Türkiye. Full card details are not stored on PaydaAI servers. PaydaAI is not a payment institution.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
A subscription may be cancelled at any time from Manage subscription on the plan page in the app, through the link in the Paddle receipt email (purchases outside Türkiye), or by contacting info@paydaai.com or destek@paydaai.com. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled as described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. User Obligations
The user is responsible for account security, the accuracy of information entered, lawful use of the service, and reviewing quotes before they are issued.
8. Continuity and Third Parties
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, third-party infrastructure, internet failures, or force majeure. Hosting, databases, analytics, notifications, and payment services may be provided by third parties.
9. Intellectual Property and Law
PaydaAI software, design, brand, and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Turkish law applies to disputes, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
