Delete your PaydaAI account
You can use this page to request deletion of your PaydaAI account and the personal data associated with it. Account deletion is not a temporary deactivation; once the request is completed, account data that is no longer required for the service is permanently deleted or anonymized.

How can I delete my account?
In the app
Use the “Delete my account” option available in the PaydaAI app to start your deletion request.
On the web
If you cannot access the app, use the button below to send us an account deletion request from your registered email address. When possible, write from the email address used for your PaydaAI account.

To protect your account and data, we may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
What data is deleted?
- PaydaAI account and profile information
- Business profile and app preferences linked to the account
- Customer, quote and catalog records linked to your account
- Other user data associated with your account for providing the service
What data may be retained for a limited period?
Certain payment, billing and transaction records, as well as records required for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations, may be retained only for the period required by applicable law. When that period ends, the relevant data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
If you have a Google Play subscription
Deleting your PaydaAI account may not automatically cancel a paid subscription started through Google Play. To prevent future renewal charges, you can separately cancel PaydaAI under Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. You can submit an account deletion request even if you have not yet cancelled the subscription.
How is the request processed?
After verification is completed, the deletion request is processed without undue delay. Account data that is not legally required to be retained is deleted; records that must be retained are kept only for the required legal retention period.
Important
Account deletion may be irreversible. After deletion is completed, you may no longer be able to access your account, saved quotes, customer list or other account data.
